Fraser Wood colleagues share some of their favourite new and old recipes that they are enjoying during Lockdown.
These Peanut Butter cookies taste great and you don't need any flour!!
200g Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 egg beaten
1. Combine the peanut butter and sugar in a bowl,adding a little salt if needed.
2. Add the egg then mix to form a dough.
3. Take golf ball-sized chunks and spread over 2 lined baking sheets, pressing themdown with the back of a fork.
4. Bake at 180/gas 4 for 10-12 mins, or until golden round the edges. Leave to cool for 10 mins before transferring to a wire rack
