Mortgage Deals For First Time Buyers

An Article in the Times on Saturday 24 October 2020 gave advice on how to unlock the door and get that elusive mortgage deal.

The Times pointed out that buyers, especially first-time buyers, should be aware that the market is busy with everyone wishing to complete before the end of March, however there are not as many mortgage deals available as there were approximately 6-12 months ago. 

Their advice is to use a mortgage adviser/broker, who can look at the whole of the market, rather than one particular bank or building society.
